In this class we explore and learn the Kinected and Kane School Core Principle: breath, pelvic position and stability, intersegmental stability, hip differentiation, scapular position, movement and stability and cranial cervical nod while strengthening your core. This class is suitable for all levels.

We kindly ask that all class cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to another client.
